Can it!

My wife can's squirrels in glass canning jars just like you would chicken or any other meat.  We use it in the same recepies you would for chicken or pork.  Tastes' a lot like chicken dark meat.  One of my favorites is squirrel and noodles.  It's nothing new.  Our ancestors did the same thing just a couple of generations ago.
